- All
residents please be advised that only standard sized garbage
bags are to be used for garbage collection. Small Grocery bags
or kitchen catchers are not acceptable for pick up by sanitation
workers. Failure to comply with this request could result in
non collection of garbage from non cooperating households.
- The
Bay Roberts Volunteer Fire Department asks homeowners for their
assistance in keeping the fire hydrant near your property cleared
of snow.
Bay
Roberts offers a number of town services.
- Water
and sewer services - flat rate of $258.00 per year for residences
and $100.00 plus 4 Mills of assessed property value for businesses.
- Weekly
garbage collection

road maintenance
- Snow
clearing in winter
- Summer
and winter recreational programs
- Park
and recreation facility maintenance (Bay Arena, three softball
fields, tennis courts, an excellent swimming pool, a regulation
